| Build | Every PC we build regardless of budget gets built by one engineer and then gets a “4-eye” check by a second engineer. The 4-eye check is a rigorous process of checks to make sure nothing has been missed. Crucially the last question on this checklist is always “Would I be happy if I bought this system?” On top of technical checks we complete 2 stress tests and a visual check which results in very low failure rates for our customers. |
| Normal use | Our team are here for you for any help or how to queries throughout your ownership! We can often help you with in game issues or software faults even if they are not related to a fault with the system we sold. We will always try and find a solution for our customers. |
| Warranty support | In the event of a warranty issue our style is unique. We will work with you to find the least stressful way of resolving any issue. You will never encounter support scripts with us as each issue is unique. You will almost always get support from the engineer that built your system and be able to reach that person until your issue is resolved! |

Reducing our impact :
Hybrid Gaming is extremely proud of our recycling efforts and we are averaging around a 95% recycling rate. You may find recycled materials padding our systems when we ship as this is part of our mission. While it may look nicer to have custom padding we believe this harms the planet by introducing new packaging.
WEEE – we recycle all of our old electronics and the proceeds of sale from the precious metals goes to our local foodbank. We can take waste and help to make sure those less fortunate can have a healthy meal which makes us feel great
Card and packaging – When we are not re using our own packing we donate to small businesses around us. Etsy and Ebay sellers love the types of packing that we use and we are proud to say that we almost never discard packaging
Plastics –Â We take our plastics to the recycling center for re use
