How we grade our refurbished systems :

• Grade A+ :  Comes with a brand new case and is boxed. 75%+ of the components used will be new and It will be very difficult to tell that this is not a new system
• Grade A   :  In great condition but not boxed. The system will have no dent’s missing parts or discolouration. Minor scuffs may be present but they will not be visible from a distance of 1 metre
• Grade A- :  In good condition but not boxed. The system will have no dent’s missing parts or discolouration. Scuffing may be apparent even when viewed from a distance of 1 metre
• Grade B : In reasonable condition but not boxed. The system has a maximum of 2 dents no bigger than 10mm across but has no missing parts. Check the images where we will point out these flaws

Hybrid Gaming aims to never be beaten on service and our warranty is a big part of that!

Every PC we ship has a stress test carried out on it before it leaves our workshop. It’s how we get such a low failure rate (0.025% YAY!! ) Not only that but we use a 4 eye check so that the person building the PC is not the person signing it off. There are no big ego’s here and both the builder and the checker run through our checklist. You’ll find their signatures somewhere on your delivery because we put our names to the things we build here!

Hybrid Gaming also buys A LOT of hardware. Building stable and reliable systems starts with hardware selection. We will never ship you a PC with hardware we are not comfortable with. When we change our builds it’s after hundreds of hours of testing.

In the very unlikely event that something goes wrong you will always get support from a technical team member who is capable of fixing your issue, in fact 95% of issues are resolved within 1 hour and the other 5% are almost always within 48 hours. Our focus will always be to get you up and running ASAP.

We offer a 1 year warranty by default and we gold plate it.

Fast delivery to the UK mainland :

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for our UK wide deliveries. This means you can expect next day delivery Monday to Saturday. We have shipped far and wide including Inverness to the Isle of Wight!!

If you are local to us then you can expect a hand delivery at a time and day to suit you 9am-9pm 7 days per week

Store collection :

We are based just north of Aberdeen in Scotland and welcome same day collection. You can typically arrange collection within 60 minutes of an order.

Reducing our impact :

Hybrid Gaming is extremely proud of our recycling efforts and we are averaging around a 95% recycling rate. You may find recycled materials padding our systems when we ship as this is part of our mission. While it may look nicer to have custom padding we believe this harms the planet by introducing new packaging.

WEEE – we recycle all of our old electronics and the proceeds of sale from the precious metals goes to our local foodbank. We can take waste and help to make sure those less fortunate can have a healthy meal which makes us feel great

Card and packaging – When we are not re using our own packing we donate to small businesses around us. Etsy and Ebay sellers love the types of packing that we use and we are proud to say that we almost never discard packaging

Plastics – We take our plastics to the recycling center for re use
