We believe in quality and transparency. We thoroughly inspect every device. We do not sell laptops with functionality defects, significant chassis damage, or any screen defects (like dead pixels or pressure marks). We only sell devices we would be happy to use ourselves. Our cosmetic grades reflect this commitment: |

| Grade A+ | Pristine condition. Looks like new with no discernible signs of use. |
| Grade A | Excellent condition. May have very minor signs of wear (e.g., faint marks on the lid) but no scuffs visible when viewed from 30cm away. |
| Grade A- | Very good condition. May have 1 or 2 minor, light scuffs or scratches visible when viewed from 1 metre away. |
| Grade B | Good condition. May have more noticeable cosmetic signs of wear, such as visible scratches or scuffs, and potentially up to 2 small dents (no larger than 5mm wide). Fully functional. |

Light gaming?
If we say that a laptop is capable of light gaming we mean it will play games like Minecraft, The Sims, Roblox and also at their very lowest settings games like GTA5 or Fortnite. Laptops capable of light gaming are fairly rare and only make up 24% of laptops on the market which is why we like to call it out when we see it. Often these are good enough for younger or retro gamers.
