UK wide delivery lead times:
All of our Gaming PC’s marked as in stock will be shipped to you the day after you place an order. You can see if a product is in stock by checking the status just above the add to cart button.
We hate waiting for new techy toys as much as you so here’s our promise to you:
- 95%+ of our deliveries will arrive with you within 48 hours of you making a purchase.
- 99% of all deliveries will get to you within 72 hours of you making a purchase
- In the extremely unlikely event you have a significant delay of more than 5 days between order and delivery you will be assigned a named person to own resolution of the issue until you are satisfied.
We are a small but growing business. Every single customer makes our day and we aim to deliver a great experience every time.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery where possible to ensure that you have a predictable time window to have your new PC delivered. Nobody wants to wait in between 9am and 9PM and it would only save us £2-3 by taking a cheaper option. We choose happy customers over cutting corners!
Aberdeen/Shire delivery/lead times:
Customers may arrange to collect a system from our workshop in Aberdeenshire. Typically 1 hours notice is enough to prepare your order and have it ready to collect.
Deliveries in Aberdeen/Shire are handled with our delivery partner Bentley Logistics. Bentley Logistics are another small firm who take amazing care of our PCs and will offer timed delivery slots to suit you
Lead times for Back order or out of stock items :
Some of our products especially the video editing systems require tailoring to specific workloads, because of that they are not usually built and ready to go.
Typically the maximum lead time on a backorder system is 5 days to your door excluding Sundays. For example if you placed an order on Monday it would be unusual if your PC was not with you by Saturday of the same week. We will always keep you up to date throughout the process.
Lead times for custom orders :
From time to time Hybrid Gaming will create something really unusual for our customers. The lead times on products such as custom hard loop water cooling can vary. We want to do a proper job and will hand craft these systems. Typically we will provide an estimate and then keep you updated throughout the building and creating phase.
We regret that we are unable to ship completed water cooled systems outside of Aberdeen/Shire.
