UK wide delivery lead times:
We hand build all of our systems at Hybrid Gaming!
You get a hand crafted and double checked system that we know works. A named engineer builds the system and a second independent engineer checks their work. We work as a team and have exceptionally low failure rates as a result.
Typically we find that we have a 3 day lead time for things that are in stock. With around 200 jobs per month we are busy but never so busy that we cannot pay proper attention to your job. Once shipped we typically find next day delivery happens about 95% of the time.
We aim for a maximum of 5 days for any system and achieve this 99% of the time!
Aberdeen/Shire delivery/lead times:
Customers may arrange to collect a system from our workshop in Aberdeenshire, we will always advise of the lead time but this can be as little as 1 hour. Please contact us if you have an urgent requirement.
Lead times for Back order or out of stock items :
Some of our products especially the video editing systems require tailoring to specific workloads, because of that they are not usually built and ready to go.
Typically the maximum lead time on a backorder system is 5 days to your door excluding Sundays. For example if you placed an order on Monday it would be unusual if your PC was not with you by Saturday of the same week. We will always keep you up to date throughout the process.
Lead times for custom orders :
From time to time Hybrid Gaming will create something really unusual for our customers. The lead times on products such as custom hard loop water cooling can vary. We want to do a proper job and will hand craft these systems. Typically we will provide an estimate and then keep you updated throughout the building and creating phase.
